**Role Description**

We are looking for a proactive and motivated **Business Development Executive** to drive growth in the compliance and identity verification solutions market. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide tailored solutions in compliance areas like AML, KYC, and PEP screening. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing a pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. You will also represent FACEKI at industry events and contribute to our thought leadership in the compliance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Business Strategy & Growth Initiatives**:

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive business growth within the compliance and identity verification solutions market.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across key industries such as **FinTech**, **eCommerce**, **healthcare**, and others in the **Bahrain** and **GCC** region.

**2.Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor on compliance and fraud prevention solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their business needs, regulatory challenges, and tailor FACEKI’s solutions accordingly.

**3.Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge**:

- Utilize expertise in **GCC-specific compliance** requirements, including **AML (Anti-Money Laundering)**, **PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) screening**, **KYC (Know Your Customer)**, and related regulations to provide clients with best-in-class solutions.
- Stay updated on industry changes, regulatory updates, and compliance standards to help clients navigate complex regulatory environments.

**4.Revenue Growth & Targets**:

- Develop and maintain a **sales pipeline**, focusing on closing high-value deals and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and collaborate with senior leadership to adjust strategies when needed.

**5.Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client needs.
- Participate in product feedback sessions to refine FACEKI’s offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

**6.Industry Representation**:

- Represent FACEKI at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote brand visibility, generate leads, and stay connected with industry trends.
- Build FACEKI’s presence as a **thought leader** in the compliance solutions sector through content contributions and speaking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, **Compliance**, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in **business development**, with a focus on compliance solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in the **Bahrain** and **GCC** markets.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with a track record in closing enterprise-level deals.
- Deep understanding of **compliance regulations** within the GCC region, including **AML**, **KYC**, **PEP**, and related areas.
- Strong experience in **B2B sales**, **lead generation**, **account management**, and **client relationship building**.
- Excellent **communication**, **negotiation**, and **presentation skills**.

Salary Range for the role is BHD 700- 800

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: BD700.000 - BD800.000 per month
