Skills and Qualifications:
Here is the updated list of requirements, now including the Post Graduate Diploma in Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE, PGCE)
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience at the elementary/primary level
- Experience with IB PYP curriculum preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning, adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, and using assessment and evaluation techniques to support student progress
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students and staff
