**L2 Datacom & ISP Engineer **in the Telecom domain based in Bahrain.

The engineer will be accountable for managing Operation Support systems and performance reporting, for key datacom & ISP services, and key customers in the delivery and operations support.
- **Educational Requirement**:_
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, ICT or telecommunications discipline.
- CCNA Certified Engineer.
- **Focus Areas of Domain Expertise**:_
- 1-2 years relevant experience in Telecom Industry
- Basic knowledge BGP, IP/MPLS, routing and computer networking.
- Leading project/ program, transformation program management
- OSS (Fulfilment, Assurance, Inventory Management, Customer Experience Management, Order Management)**Responsibilities**:_
- Provide higher technical support to NOC and other operations teams with regards to ISP, Business Services, IP/MPLS and escalate to vendors the major issues.
- Develop, update and execute on delivery system dashboards and generate performance reports.
- Drive planning, forecasting, dimensioning and optimization of delivery based on business needs.
- Responsible for the developing and maintaining operations dashboards, new elements integrations.
- Manage and motivate people in diverse teams and geography, both in a line and matrix capacity - including definition of teams.
- Flexibility and ability to play different technical, project management and business roles as needed to ensure success of the program.
- Evaluate and manage third party solution, to ensure integrations, and feeds of information to single Dashboard.
- Identify and address the end to end implications of changes either in IT, network, operations, services or business models and creative corrective actions to preserve or improve program goals.
- Execute configuration changes and software issues fixes, Routers, Operating Systems, Network Inventory management, and network OSS Systems.
- Supervise OSS expansions including planning, implementation, testing & handover.
- Perform the handover acceptance for new implementation.
- Proactively perform corrective maintenance for OSS infrastructure.
- Automate troubleshooting and configuration, on system for level 1 support at NOC utilizing the systems.
- Manage, maintain all Services, Delivery Performance report for all business Services.

- Any other duties as assigned.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD600.000 - BD750.000 per month
