**Job Overview**:
The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- **Revenue Generation**:

- Drive revenue growth by ensuring the achievement of sales targets across all real estate projects.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiating and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
- **Sales Operations**:

- Oversee the development and management of sales pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
- Implement effective CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the executive team.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop pricing strategies and ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with the operations and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with regulations.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and foster long-term relationships.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- **Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
- **Sales Expertise**: Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales processes, and customer behavior.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
