Key Skills:
An excellent maintenance worker, also known as repair worker, fix and maintain mechanical equipment, and machines.

With high efficiency in masonry and basic electrical work.

With knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance and AC repair preferably.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnosing mechanical / electrical issues and correcting them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Maintains systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipments and problem solve.
- Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches
- Excellent in taking up instructions
- Eye for detail

Basic Requirements:

- Physically active
- Driving skills is preferable
- Good communication skills and people friendly

Education and Experience:
High school or trade school diploma.

Minimum of 4-5 years’ related experience.
