**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense veterinary medications based on prescriptions and ensure proper medication usage.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding medication dosages, side effects, and administration.
- Promote and sell a range of veterinary products including medications, supplements, health products, and accessories.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate products based on the specific needs of their animals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient and up-to-date.
- Work closely with veterinarians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate treatments and recommendations.
- Stay informed about new veterinary products and trends, making recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, turning potential issues into positive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related qualification.
- Some experience in veterinary pharmacy or a similar field is preferred.
- Proven experience or aptitude in sales, with the ability to drive product sales and meet targets.
- Fluent in **English** and required to speak **Arabic**.
- Proficient in computer systems, including pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of veterinary medications, treatments, and products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in dispensing medications and handling customer transactions.

Pay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
