**Position: Teacher / Teacher Assistant**

**Qualifications**:B. Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori (**atleast one of these qualifications is required**)

**Experience**:1 - 2 years’ experience in teaching preschool children - required

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create a caring, safe and fun learning environment for the children
- Manage and implement the day to day creative activities suitable for the age category
- Observe and attend to each child’s individual educational and developmental needs.
- Encourage student’s physical, mental, behavioural, and social development
- Effectively coordinate with the co-teacher to ensure smooth classroom functioning
- Able to involve students actively in daily learning and activities

**Important Skills**
- Excellent command over the English language (speaking & writing)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Amicable personality and a love for children
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

**Remuneration**:To be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
