**What You'll Do**:

- Carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all stakeholders are adhering to regulation safety standards and periodically check functionality and optimisation of all appliances on the premises and troubleshoot if the need arises.
- Lead and direct sanitisation team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
- Provide support and investigation when clients raise compliants about food quality related matters.
- Lead projects involving the adoption and integration of new appliances in the premises.
- To initiate communication with service providers to ensure all Kitopi operations are fully supported.
- Enforce a strict compliance to Saudi Arabia municipality codes in the work place and play a supportive role in any new initiatives or expansion plans that require implementation of kitchen appliances.
- To manage and oversee kitchen staff shift schedules.

**Who Are We Looking For?**:

- BSc. Food Tech or Microbiology background or any science related course.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as quality control in a catering company is a must.
- Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety for catering certified.
- Leadership and team working skills within own area and across the business.
- Effective usage of data analysis tools.
- With a strong personality and can handle high-pressure situations.
- With experience in handling Local Municipality Inspections or any type of food safety audits.
- Driving license holder.
