**Job Description** VAM Systems **is currently looking for **System Administration Specialist **for our** Bahrain **operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
**Professional Skills/Experience**:

- **8**+ years, experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution.
- Should be the Holder of MCP/MCSA/Server infrastructure, Security Administrator Associates MS500, Azure Fundamental AZ900, Azure Administrator Associates & Aws Certified Solution Architect Associate.
- The employee will be responsible for monitoring the server health in AWS & Azure
- The employee should report any issue with the servers.
- The employee will be responsible for Monitoring and management of servers/systems alerts and notifications.
- The employee will be responsible of managing the Security Policies (comply with NCSC).
- The employee will be responsible for managing & maintaining security appliance: e.g. Qualys/ Axonius/ Cortex/ Palo Alto.
- The employee will be responsible of managing GPO, Shared Printers, SharePoint Online DL.
- The employee will be responsible manage and maintain the Hybrid Environment (Exchange and Azure AD)
- The employee will be responsible monitor and maintain network devices, troubleshooting and identifying the root cause.
- The employee will be responsible monitor and maintain Backup & Restore of Hyper V and Cloud Instances, AMI.
- The employee will be responsible monitor and maintain of all Virtualization technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS
- The employee will be responsible for the Management Internal systems, cloud, and network infrastructure.
- Provide Support in the deployment and configuration of network design (Switching & Routing on-prem and Cloud)
- Ability to write the comprehensive Technical Documentation.
- Deep knowledge in SCCM: deployment of Windows 11, Application, Updates and Upgrades to client and server OS.
- Experience in designing and managing the infrastructure network for Multiple Sites
- Knowledge of Service oriented architecture and interfaces Architecture
- Experience of working with multiple solution partners and systems integration
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of monitoring of service thresholds.
- Experience with rapid problem solving.
- Project management skills; Should be able to independently implement new projects or products.
- Takes accountability and responsibility of the assigned work tasks / projects.
- Strong attention to detail, Analytical, excellent time management and organizational and able to work in fast, paced, high volume environment.
- Effective communication skills are required.

**Required Advanced Technical Proficiencies and Duties**:

- Managing & Maintaining Windows Servers:

- Hyper V, Hyper V replica, Clustering.
- Advanced working knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022 maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, migration, & upgrade.
- Managing & Maintaining Network Devices:

- Network Switches/ Firewall/ WiFi Solution & Access Points.
- Managing HQ & Branches Network WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, Cisco routers & Switches, Cisco SDA, Palo Alto firewalls and Cortex Antivirus, Qualys Cloud Platform.
- Managing & maintaining on-premises Infrastructure:

- Cluster & Hyper V/ SAN/ LUN/ Backup/ Domain Controller/ DHCP/ DNS/ Sccm & Print Server/ Firewall & Switch Configuration.
- Advanced working knowledge of Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS and how it works in complex environments.
- Managing & Maintaining O365 Suite:

- Intune/ EXO/ Teams/ File systems SPO/ MDM/ Security/ Compliance
- Implementing and managing Conditional Access Policy, Windows Information Protection, Identity Protection, MFA.
- Managing & maintaining Multi-Cloud Infrastructure:

- Azure: IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS/ Hybrid Cloud & Identities/ Storage/ Virtual Machines & Networks/ Resource Groups/ Subscriptions/ Cost Management.
- AWS: EC2/ S3 bucket/ Storage Gateway/ Share Permission/ High Availability & Scalability VPC/ managing IAM Roles/ Management & Creation of EBS/ Deletion and Expansion.
- Creations and management of AWS EC2 Instances, Security Groups, S3 Storage, Storage Gateway, RDS.
- Managing & maintaining Multi-Cloud Services:

- O365 Backup using Veritas SaaS Protection which includes (Mailbox/ OneDrive/ SharePoint Sites.)
- 365 Archive using Veritas SaaS Protection
- Advanced working knowledge of Veritas Backup Exec, Altaro Backup & Replication, and Recovery.
- Hands on Experience in implementing and managing multiple Active Directory Domain Forest.
- Hands on Experience in Cross Forest Domain Migration, Tenant to Tenant Migrations.
- Hands on Experience in designing and implementing infrastructure projects. E.g. Network Design (LAN & WAN)/ Virtual Architecture Design for Cloud Platform.
- Hands on Experience in designing and implementing of Physical Servers and Virtual Machines and deploy services e.g. Domain Controlle
