Garage Incharge

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the garage, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Train and supervise a team of skilled mechanics and technicians
- Foster a positive and productive work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Garage Incharge or in a similar supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of the repair and maintenance of light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and diesel engine machines
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and computer-based repair information systems
- Up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Certification in automotive repair or diesel engine maintenance is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
