1. Maintain full, complete, and up to-date records of all available flats and villas ready for rent or sale.

2. Follow up with all parties on the rental/sale transactions until the deal is finalized.

3. Alert the management in writing on incomplete records.

4. Alert the management in writing on suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

5. Prepare periodic reports to help executive management take informed decisions at the right time.

6. Communicate and liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the executive management, on matters related to property management.

7. Act as the department’s troubleshooter to ensure smooth operations and address their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Follow-up on and ensure implementation of all resolutions to ensure proper execution within the deadlines agreed.

9. Monitor P1 issues and report on daily basis on the status of open files.

10. Close monitoring of implementation and adherence of all performance measurement tools such as KPI and SLA and analyze and evaluate adherence and report to the management on monthly and quarterly basis.

11. Act as a Compliance Officer for the property department.

Act as a coordinator for annual initiatives such as annual budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
