Housekeeping Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- To ensure the supervision of all staff for the cleaning of all shop floors and roads and peripheries of Deeko and Dawanco Industries including their warehouses according to the approved monthly, weekly and daily cleaning plans.
- To ensure to maintain all toilets/wash facilities in hygienic conditions as per procedures, ensuring to replenish with hand towels, soap, toilet paper as required and according to the daily scheduled plan.
- To report any incidents or abnormalities occurring in maintaining housekeeping and in maintaining / improving the working environment and keeping it clean.
- To facilitate trouble free disposal of skips on a daily basis.
- To submit all the documents pertaining to scrap disposal to the Accounts Department after Management signature.
- To control and monitor the performance of housekeeping/contract labour, and ensure their work is done efficiently and effectively according to schedule, if not to report otherwise to the HR department.
- To request for equipment/cleaning material regularly so there is sufficient stock for the regular requirements.
- To ensure all waste disposal is planned in areas that do not compromise in fire safety i.e., do not block exits points, gangways or put in front of doors and are all placed in the designated areas.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Secondary Graduate
- Must have experience with the same field and industry type (manufacturing)
