**Description**: The Royal Golf club is a 27 hole Colin Montgomerie Design boasting a 18 hole Championship Course and a 9 Hole Academy Course And is Managed by Troon Golf.

We are currently searching for a Workshop Manager to join our highly successful Multi National Team.

**Responsibilities**:Reporting to the Director of Agronomy you will be in charge of the day to day running of the workshop making sure the mainly Toro fleet is maintained and set up as required ably assisted by 2 technicians. You will be expected to make sure all service and parts records are kept up to date and all parts and supplies are ordered in a timely manner to help keep the fleet running and minimize downtime and make sure a clean and safe working environment is maintained. The job will entail you to assist in the workshop when required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of Maintaining Golf Course Equipment
- Strong Record keeping and Organizational Skills and good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of cutting unit maintenance and grinding (Bernhard Grinders)
- Knowledge of Petrol, diesel and 2 stroke engines
- Knowledge of Electric and Hydraulic Systems
- Knowledge of Fabricating and Welding
- Ability to Train, Encourage and develop staff in the safe use of machinery
