**Duties and Responsibility**:

- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and other relevant platforms
- Manages social media communications in accordance to the company's brands and policy
- Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Creates dynamic and creative written, graphic, and video/photo content
- Creates creative and in trend content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Promote products and services on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Initiate online marketing campaigns by actively driving brand recognition, engaging users and increasing traffic
- Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
- Manages photography/videography for all company needs
- Proofread, edit and format text and images, design cover art, and adjust program function for each title
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
- Evaluate analytics of social media marketing campaigns and provide data-driven consultations for improving market share
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visit
- Coordinate all tasks, proposal/content and social media schedule with Management

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Under graduate or Equivalent
- **Experienc**e**: 2-3 years experience as Social Media Specialist or equivalent
- **Training**:Social Media Trends, SEO and PPC, Marketing
- **Must know**: Photography & videography

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, New grad
Part-time hours: 4 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Budaiya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
