**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operate Furnace Equipment**:

- Start, monitor, and control furnace operations to achieve desired temperature and processing conditions.
- Adjust settings and controls as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

**Monitor and Maintain Furnace**:

- Continuously monitor furnace gauges, temperatures, and other indicators.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on furnace equipment.
- Report any major equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

**Ensure Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with environmental regulations and company policies related to furnace operations.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect and measure output to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Document production data, including temperature logs and processing times.
- Conduct quality checks and make adjustments to processes as needed.
