**Responsibilities**
- Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
- Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
- Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
- Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
- Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy and best practice manuals
- Managing and reporting on the IT budget’s allocation
- Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages
- Good knowledge of server hardware, Disk storage technology, I/O devices
- Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems - PMS, Point of Sale - POS, IPTV, Telephony systems and CCTV other software vendors
- Should be capable of doing Root Cause Analysis on a problem
- Is aware of IT Security Policies and ensures implementation through regular staff training
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative and an enthusiastic team player who displays good human relations’ skills
- Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Information Technology field. Along with In depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, Microsoft or Cisco certification (CCNA)
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
