**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual for an entry-level Crypto Trader role. Whether you’re fresh out of university or self-taught, if you have a burning passion for crypto and a hunger to learn, this could be your gateway into the exciting world of crypto trading.

**What You’ll Do**
- Analyze and trade various cryptocurrencies to maximize profitability.
- Stay on top of market trends, news, and developments in the blockchain space.
- Conduct research on new crypto projects and identify promising opportunities.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to develop trading strategies.
- Manage risk and maintain accurate trade records.
- Participate in discussions about blockchain technologies and trends within our team and the larger crypto community.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for Crypto: You’ve already been exploring blockchain, trading, and cryptocurrencies independently.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy problem-solving, number crunching, and analyzing trends.
- Market Savvy: A basic understanding of market principles, technical analysis, or trading strategies is a PLUS.
- Community Engagement: You actively participate in crypto forums, social media, or other platforms (Reddit, Twitter, Discord, etc.) is a PLUS.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (not mandatory).
- Previous experience with trading (crypto, forex, or stocks) is an advantage but not required.
- Familiarity with trading platforms like Binance, Coinbase, or Bybit is a plus.
