Receptionist with Marketing Experience (Arabic speaking Females only)

We are a leading company in the field of healthy food catering industry and we are looking for a receptionist with marketing experience to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, as well as assisting with various marketing tasks and projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests, answer and direct phone calls, and handle general inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, maintain office supplies, and ensure a professional and tidy appearance.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings for clients
- Support the marketing team with creating and distributing promotional materials, updating social media platforms, and conducting market research.
- Perform other administrative and marketing duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
- Familiar with social media platforms and tele marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about marketing
