The Diet Technician will play a key role in ensuring the accurate preparation and delivery of therapeutic diets for hospital patients. This position requires close collaboration with hospital dietitians to receive and interpret patient diet orders. The Diet Technician will relay this information to the kitchen team, working alongside the Executive Chef to design and implement set cycle menus tailored to patient nutritional needs.
Key responsibilities include supervising the preparation of patient food trays, ensuring that meals align with prescribed therapeutic diets, and monitoring production to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy. The Diet Technician will serve as a critical liaison between the kitchen staff and healthcare professionals, ensuring that all dietary requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Pay: BD450.000 - BD550.000 per month
