Land Surveyor

Looking for Land Surveyor for Asphalt division,

Local hire, GCC experience

Main Responsibility (_Job Description) _of Land surveyor is as below:
1.site surveying, site coordinating and site supervising.

Conducting preliminary survey in the proposed locations, picking up all existing site details such as ground levels, cross section survey, trees, pipelines, cable route & buildings.

2. Downloading the data to the computer using survey software.

3. Making setting out works, establishing the alignment & levels for different layers as per the design drawings.

4. Marking the proposed locations of future ducts, duct marks, sewerage, storm water, drainage networks etc.,

5. Performs the overall duty of writing reports, supervise staff members, provide price quotes, create map & schedules various tasks, to perform and oversee the field teams.

6. Review the existing maps and plans and assemble new maps for the site.

7. Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.

8. Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.

9. Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standard.

10. Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
