1. **Bookkeeping**: Recording financial transactions, including (Local, Import, Export) purchases, sales, receipts, payments, Stock Journal, Manufacturing Journal in appropriate ledgers on the Tally Prime or on any other prescribed accounting software.

2. **Basic Accounting**:Organizing and categorizing financial data, ensuring accuracy in recording transactions, and maintaining up-to-date financial records.

3. **Trial Balance**:Summarizing ledger balances to ensure that the total debit balances equal the total credit balances, verifying the accuracy of the recording process.

4. **Payroll**: Calculating and disbursing employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately and on time, while also managing payroll taxes and compliance.

5. **Petty Cash Accountability**: Managing a small cash fund for minor expenses, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for every transaction made from the petty cash fund.

6. **Landed Cost Management**: Accounting for the total cost of a product, including purchase price, shipping, customs duties, and other expenses incurred until the goods are ready for sale.

7. **Raw Material Inventory & Manufacturing Cost Management**: Having experience in managing the direct or indirect raw materials used to manufacturing the Water Treatment Chemicals, tracking of consumption of different raw materials, tracking costs of raw materials that go into producing items, as well as the active management of the materials sourcing, workforce and processes that contribute to manufacturing costs.

8. **VAT Reports**: preparation, reconciliation of liabilities & Input credit, payment of dues, returns filing and recording.

9. **Management Reporting**: Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide insights to management for decision-making and strategic planning.

10. **Regular Warehouse Inventory Management**: Tracking and managing inventory levels, including stock counts, replenishments, and adjustments, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.

11. **Fixed Assets**: Records, reconcile, maintenance, keeping Insured and depreciation accounting.

12. **Daily Profit and Loss Reporting**: Calculating and analyzing daily income and expenses to determine the net profit or loss for the day, providing insights into the company's financial performance daily.

13. **Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Reporting**: Preparing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements regularly to assess the financial health and performance of the company at various intervals.

14. **Complete Company Audits**: Conducting thorough examinations of the company's financial records, transactions, and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, and to provide assurance to stakeholders. This is typically achieved through engaging a professional accounting firm registered and recognized for its auditing services.

15. Coordination with different departments, branches, onsite/ traveling employees for timely collection, reconciliation and recording of expenses bills.

16. Coordination with Freight Forwarders, Customs Handling Agents, Customs Department.

17. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

18. Organize, keep and maintain systematic filing system.

19. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

Pay: BD400.000 - BD500.000 per month
