_**QUALIFICATION**_

**EDUCATION**: Bachelor's Degree in IT.

**EXPERIENCE**: Minimum 5 years' experience in the IT field.

**SKILLS**: Troubleshooting, critical thinking and problem solving.
- **SCOPE OF WORK**_

Managing and storing data using computers, software, databases, networks, and servers. Writing programs, maintaining networks, analyzing systems, and providing technical support. Designing and installing computer hardware configurations. Installing software and networking systems. Troubleshooting network and software issues.
- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**_

**HARDWARE**

1. Knowledge in proper setup computer set with full accessories (mouse, keyboard, printer, etc.)

2. Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair and installation.

3. Developing Long term strategies and capacity planning for computer hardware needs.

4. Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment contracts and supervise contract based installations.

6. Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation Computer server and BCM Telephonic Machine.

7. Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation of all type/brand of computer, photocopiers, printers, telephone, fax machines and biometric machine.

8. Knowledge in troubleshooting/installation of networking.

9. Consult with customers about hardware maintenance.

10. Ensure that all the computers and computer peripherals are working property.

**SOFTWARE**

11. Knowledge in Microsoft server 2008 up to the latest version.

12. Knowledge in Microsoft exchange server up to the latest version.

13. Knowledge in software for documents processing and designing.

14. Knowledge in Networking based system, sharing and network troubleshooting.

15. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

16. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

17. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

18. Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.

19. Analyze and troubleshoot software problems.

20. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

21. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.

22. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.

23. Supervise the work of programmers, technologists and technicians and other engineering and scientific personnel.

24. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.

25. Determine system performance standards.

26. Train users to use new or modified system.

27. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

28. Recommend purchase of equipment to control dust, temperature, and humidity in area of system installation.

29. Prepare monthly performance and activities report.
