Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who can run the below tasks professionally:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse personnel, including training and performance management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in warehouse management
- Ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Implement and enforce warehouse processes, procedures, and safety guidelines to optimize productivity and minimize risks.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, transportation, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Utilize warehouse management software or systems to track inventory movements, monitor stock levels, and generate reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
- Train and educate warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Resolve any inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or other warehouse-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Language Needed: Arabic & English, Other Languages will be an addition.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD400.000 per month
