**About Swarmio Media**:
Swarmio provides end-to-end gaming solutions for telcos to monetize gamer audiences. Our platform brings players of all skill levels together with managed Discord, servers, events, streams, tournaments, challenges, store, rewards and more.

**What we’re looking for**:
Swarmio Media is looking for Player Experience Admins who will be operating tournaments, events and to coordinate players through tournaments in a variety of different games on our esports tournament platforms and look for ways to improve the overall player experience to ensure community and player satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Creating the Rules and Join Instructions documents related to the games we’re running.
- Creating and uploading all tournaments for multiple different games on our platform.
- Handling tournaments and ensuring players and teams are following tournament rules.
- Maintaining a positive platform experience by supporting players and community members with platform related questions and issues they may have.
- Gathering feedback from community members regarding the tournaments and platform.
- Gathering global, regional and local Gaming and Esports news.
- Managing Discord servers and channels.
- Answering players and users and updating them on their queries on our support channels.

**Requirements**:
1. Passion for everything gaming and good knowledge of esports.

2. Good understanding of different tournament formats and brackets.

3. 1-2 Years of previous gaming and esports experience.

4. Excellent attention to details and punctuality.

5. Excellent documentation and PowerPoint Presentation skills.

6. Excellent understanding of G-suite.

7. Fluent in English and Arabic.

8. Excellent communication and social skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

10. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.

11. Flexible schedule depending on our tournament schedules.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
