Barista (International Franchised)

Our client is a well-known Holding companies in Bahrain, they are currently looking for a **Barista** for one of their well-known coffees franchised.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Welcomes guests warmly upon arrival
- Engages with warmth and openness with guests - stays fully present
- Offers product knowledge on the coffees and teas to support the guest experience
- Assists guests with selections of various coffee blends, teas and other hot beverages
- Takes hot beverage orders and serves orders directly to guests
- Initiates conversations with guests
- Offers replenishment of beverages as appropriate
- Wishes all guests a pleasant journey
- Monitors the coffee quality and maintenance of the coffee machine
- Expertly prepares hot beverages
- Applies artistic abilities in creating latte art
- Prepares the lounge team’s coffee and teas orders
- Monitors stock levels for the coffee stations
- Maintains an inventory log and restocks supplies as needed
- Sets up and closes down the barista areas
- Keeps the coffee stations looking professional
- Ensures a high level of hygiene standards and cleanliness at all times
- Provides internal coffee training sessions and coaching of junior staff/new hires

**Salary**: BD200.000 - BD350.000 per month
