**Mobilization**: Immediate
- Handling of day-to-day splicing activities.
- Should be familiar with Fuji Kura Fusion splicing machines(70S,70S+ and 90S+).
- Hands-on experience in handling Fluke & AFL OTDR, LSPM, and VFL testing devices.
- Having good analytical knowledge of OTDR trace results and LSPM results.
- Able to understand the splicing drawings and work independently.
- Troubleshooting of Fiber Optic Network and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience on various type of SM & MM fiber optic cable preparation and splicing(12c,24c,48c.72c,144c).
- Follow the company & client safety regulations and policies.
