**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the effective running of all support areas, i.e. Finance, operations of departments, sections and companies within the group. Contributes to strategic and operational planning and oversight, and where required, leads project initiatives and teams

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in accounting & finance.
- A professional accounting qualification such ACCA, CPA, CMA or others.
- 5-7 Years’ Experience with relevant exposure from different fields such as Infrastructure contracting, Mechanical Industries, Agricultural Industries & Real Estate.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develops, plans and implements goals and objectives for the finance and administration department, prepares and administers internal policies and procedures relating to departmental program activities; interprets and explains applicable rules, laws and regulations to supervisors and others.
- Analyse and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with auditors, assess any changes necessary.
- Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
- Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and consultants.
- Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the company's scales.
- Directs, oversees and participates in the departmental program work plan; assigns work activities, finance and administration projects and programs; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; implements needed work process and automation improvements and methods for improving customer service.
- Responsible for managing/monitoring any tax issues - e.g. direct/indirect/withholding taxes.
- Responsible for Risk Management and Contingency Planning/Disaster Recovery.
- Manages the preparation of a variety of financial records and reports, including those related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job costing, inventories, budgets and fixed assets; ensures the purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment are conducted in accordance with Companies policies and procedures.
- Can be delegated to conduct financial reviews of operations and activities and reports findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Participate in Interviewing and hiring new staff; prioritizes, assigns and reviews work; approves time off for payroll purposes, and prepares employee performance evaluations; monitors and participates in employee relations activities within the department.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the manager.
