**What we're looking for**:
**To Succeed in This Role, You Need To**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Oversee the management of client accounts, including strategy development, campaign execution, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media, to deliver exceptional advertising campaigns
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Provide timely and accurate client communication, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines and deliverables
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize results
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Contribute to new business development efforts, including pitching and proposal development

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within an advertising agency
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, TV, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
