We are looking for a highly skilled Strategy Manager who will be leading the programs in Bahrain and the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts.

Responsibilities include:

- Planning and designing the program, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action proactively
- Ensuring effective quality assurance of all program operations and founders experiences.
- Ensuring the overall integrity of the program - focusing on the internal consistency of the program, and on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
- Secure resources and expertise, for example, appointing professional advisers to support the project sponsor role
- Manage the program budget, including risk allowance
- Successful execution of program operations
- Managing internal and external counterparties, which may include mentors, corporates, and investors
- Ensuring there is an allocation of common resources and skills within the program’s scope
- Sourcing and due diligence of potential applicants to the program
- Managing risks to the program’s successful outcome
- Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals
- Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products
- Continue analysis and communicate with selected program participants to support the program’s market exploration and investment activities.
- Initiate small-scale market research studies and analyze findings to understand new market opportunities across different industrial sectors
- Engage in the consultative sale of programs that contribute to the growth and profitability of the business
- Perform detailed evaluation of client business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique business opportunities
- Lead the design and implementation of insight-driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience implementation, including project work, managing data, setting objectives, project profitability, and timeline execution
- Create relationships through networking, referrals, and proactive Strategy with target buyers
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, influencers, and buyers to position our value proposition
- Become a trusted advisor for our clients on value-added solutions, consulting offerings, and additional products and services
- Participate in sales and marketing related efforts including webinars, in-person presentations, speaking engagements, trade shows, and conferences
- Conduct primary market and customer research, and perform in-depth customer reviews to understand their business challenges, system requirements, and benefits achieved
- Scope and prepare SOWs and proposals independently, demonstrating an understanding of client needs and how Brinc’s capabilities can uniquely address those needs
- Learning Brinc tools & materials inside-out to be a resource for teams.
- Assist in launching new acceleration verticals including Food Tech, Logistics Tech, and Industry 4.0.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor and above. Business/project management and relative major
- 3-5 years of work experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, a start-up, investment firm, tech, or other business-related environment
- Previous experience in working in an accelerator or being an entrepreneur is a big bonus.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partners
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Good knowledge of program and project management methods
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
- Proven track record of effectively negotiating business agreements and developing business relationships that impact company performance
- Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and the ability to flourish with mínimal guidance
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partners
- Self-starter, true sales “hunter”, and extremely proactive with a strong work ethic
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Exceptional at networking, securing referrals, and initiating and building relationships
- Ability to scale within and outside client organizations
- Ability to develop solid sales and proposal collateral
- Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment
- Specific interactive strategy experience a plus
