GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Speech and Language Therapist is a hard-working, resourceful and motivated SLP therapist that wants to become a senior member of our team and strives to provide excellent service to our families.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides direct therapy services for speech and language disorders
- Observes, records and reports patient’s response to treatment
- Manages a client's clinical programming.
- Maintains consistent, reliable schedule with clients
- Evaluates and documents the effectiveness and outcomes of care on an ongoing basis and makes revisions as needed
- Plans for discharge as appropriate
- Instructs other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting the patient to improve and correct speech disabilities
- Provides training and on-going support to caregivers and clinical team members.
- Produces program updates, reports and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
- Complies to company’s policies, procedures and timelines.
- Other duties that may be offered and agreed to: Workshops and/or Trainings on specific

topics in Speech and Language Therapy, School Trainings, Parent Training, or other duties that are related to the field of Speech and Language Therapy.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- At least three years experience of working with primary aged children
- Successful experience of leading a team
- A recognised professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
- A sound understanding of child development and children’s needs

**Salary**: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per month
