**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**: Monitor and manage customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate payment plans and schedules that are feasible for customers while ensuring timely recovery of dues.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including customer interactions, payments, and account status updates.

**Reporting**:Generate and submit regular reports on collection activities and account statuses to the finance team.

**Compliance**: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

**Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts professionally and courteously.

Qualifications:
**Experience**: Previous experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, or a related field is preferred.

**Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.

**Attention to Detail**: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Language**: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

**Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is advantageous.

Pay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
