**Job Title**:Senior Hair Stylist

**Location**: Galali, Muharraq-Bahrain

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-level hair services, including expert haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Lead consultations with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences.
- Mentor and train junior stylists, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry advancements.
- Maintain an immaculate and organized workstation and salon environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the salon.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of current hair trends and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
