Utilize the Logistass Software to ensure secure access.
- Input shipment details for Air Freight - Inbound and Outbound, Sea Freight - Inbound and Outbound, Road Freight, and Custom Clearance using the Logistaas Software.
- Upload shipping documents by scanning them into the Logistaas Software.
- Generate Costing Sheets for Freight clients.
- Verify and supervise the documents within all Freight job file folders.
- Record payment details using the Logistaas Software.
- Organize Master Filing.
- Monitor the pickup and delivery of Freight Shipments and follow up accordingly.
- Manage SV Bookings, follow up with RM, CIC, Finance, and reports.
- Communicate with the Vendor/Finance team regarding payments.
