**Job Title**: CEO Assistant Intern - Startup environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CEO Assistant Intern to support the executive team in various critical functions. This internship offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational management, planning, and strategic execution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Procedure Documentation**: Redact, review, and maintain company procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **BoM Planning and Coordination**: Plan Bills of Materials (BoM) and coordinate purchases with vendors and internal teams.
- **Agenda and Meeting Organization**: Organize and manage the CEO’s agenda, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth communication.
- **Contract Drafting**: Draft and review contracts under supervision to ensure clarity and compliance.
- **HR Support**: Assist with HR-related queries and administrative tasks.
- **Regulation Research**: Review and summarize regulations and compliance requirements related to specific topics.
- **General Administrative Support**: Perform other tasks as needed to support the CEO and executive team.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Complete expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Own transportation for commuting to Tubli.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
