**Role Title**: Conference Producer

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for launching profitable, content-led global conferences
- Conduct detailed research and market testing to ensure content is aligned with the needs and requirements of our key stakeholders
- To research & contact potential speakers, confirm their attendance and continuous support to them
- Develop new conference ideas and program content through research and meetings
- Prepare all necessary briefs, conference agenda, and telesales brief
- Assist in the provision of leads to the sponsorship teams, strategic partnership teams, and marketing team
- Collaborate with team members to produce ideas for conferences
- Maintain existing and build new relationships with key experts in particular fields
- Identify new opportunities consistently throughout the year that could potentially increase revenue across the business
- Write high-level invitations to industry experts for the conferences
- Assist the marketing team in the creation of certain marketing collaterals

- Deep knowledge and understanding of the conferences
- Ability to influence stakeholders to deliver conference objectives and results
- Ability to work to multiple priorities and tight deadlines, remaining pragmatic and results-focused
- Research and analytical skills
- Working collaboratively with colleagues in a matrix environment and building relationships built on trust
- Communication - ability to articulate views on strategies and products and able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Culturally aware with the ability to operate effectively in a global role and work with teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and expertise
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel
