**Responsibility**:
- Set up and check equipment for banquet functions based on daily issue of function sheets including removal and storage.
- Carry out work as assigned for set up of all functions.
- Operate equipment for functions as when required.
- Ensure on a monthly basis that an inventory is conducted for all equipment used for banquets.
- Ensure that all outgoing and incoming equipment which have been requested for banquets outside catering are logged daily.
- Carry out assignments on the Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Cooperate and provide assistance with other I.T. colleagues whenever necessary and available.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness inside A/V Control Room and AV Storage Room.
- Inspect all function rooms daily and breakout areas, ladies and gentlemen toilet, ensuring all lights, A/C and services are defect free. Repair or replace lamps immediately.
- Carry out any work requested by the I.T Director / Manager, I.T Assistant Director for AV.
- Ensure that all Hotel Out-Door LED Matrix Lighting System is properly functioning, well maintained and regularly checked for software updates.
- Ensure that all Hotel In-Door LED Matrix Lighting System is properly functioning, well maintained and regularly checked for software updates.
- Set up and check Hotel House Music to ensure that the system is up and running all times, well maintained, and following a proper playlist schedules.
- Ensure that all Meeting Rooms A/V Equipment are all properly functioning and well maintained.
- Report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
