Driver / Messenger

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport company personnel, documents, and packages to various locations.
- Perform messenger duties, including delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other items as required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including signatures and documentation.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and follow company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, vendors, and staff.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
- Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and costs.
- Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- pick up and drop off staffs at the assigned time.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, messenger, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
