Architectural Inspector

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect site conditions prior to construction, verifying compatibility and identifying obstructions. Document existing property and ensure protection of structures, utilities, and landscaping.
- Review delivered materials for conformance with approved samples and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage of materials on site and report any issues.
- Inspect the construction of temporary and permanent works, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
- Prepare daily logs and reports, maintaining records of inspections, tests, and work executed.
- Observe site safety practices and monitor work progress, reporting any concerns.
- Assist in inspecting completed works, preparing snag punch lists, and monitoring start-up, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Assist with de-snagging activities and participate in the handover of completed works.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct manager.
