Aluminum Foreman

1- Assist with fabricate windows, doors, cabinet, pergola etc.
2- visit the site to make reports.
3- Submit the project status and report for projects coordinator/Assistance to upload projects document in company software.
4- visit the site for meeting client and clear issues.
5- visit site for final measurement.
6- visit the site to make repairing & maintenance report and schedule it with maintenance team and assisting to work on.
7- Responsible for Assemble and installation of glass and aluminum products.
8- Installation of spider glass and frameless.
9- make cutting list and optimization.
10- meet sub contract for job order and supervision.
11- following with supplier regarding technical details orders.
12- Helping install sunrooms and patio covers using materials such as: wood, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple
materials
13- give instruction for fabrication and production and make supervision.
14- Lead the installation plan and give instruction for installation team.
15- meet client for delivery the projects and make feedback form and sign delivery note.
16- provide details for sales division to make estimation for additional works additional charge invoice and assist for collection.
17- assist with developing the products and production and produce new products to market
18- Responsibility for cleaning work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
19- Coordinating staff and internal resources
20- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
21- Ensuring projects meet deadlines
22- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
23- Assists with all incoming and outgoing project documentation
24- Designing risk mitigation plan
25- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
26- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
27- Smoothing or sanding surfaces to remove ridges, tool marks, glue, or caulking
29- Learning all aspects of sunroom and patio cover installation and progressing with skills
28- Managing and diverse fabrication and installation teams
29- maintain a high quality of standards when installing aluminum products to meet shop drawings specifications.
30- Ensure all variations are notified immediately to Project Managers
31- Perform works the highest level as required
32- Ensure jobsite safety, protection and maintenance of company tools.
33- Working on daily report submitting to management.
34- Leading Aluminum job orders, and responsible to work on Fabrication in workshop and responsibility about installation at site.

**Requirements**:
Should have minimum 4+ years GCC experience

Should be able to speak, write and read English.

Good team leader skills

Should have basic computer literacy.

Bahrain Driving License is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to BD300.000 per month
