Senior Nail Salon Technician

**SENIOR NAIL SALON TECHNCIAN**

**RIFFA** - Bahrain

**Starting Date**: (Pre-opening) March 2023

**Hours**: Monday - Sunday (shifts on rotation) 48 hours per week

**Contract**: 2-years

**Reports to**: Spa Manager / Spa Director

**Package Potential**:

- BHD 500 (Based on experience & skills relevant to the vacancy)
- 5% Retail Commission

**Job Overview**:
The Head Nail Technician performs **professional advanced nail, hand and foot treatments, lash and brow services, blow drying, and finishing**.

**REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- All nationalities welcome
- Female professionals only due to countries customs & regulations
- Diploma obtained from a recognized Cosmetology Training facility with qualifications in either Nail Technology and or Cosmetology
- Confident and skilled in all standard Nail services including:

- Manicure & Pedicure
- Gel Polish Overlay
- Sculptures (Biosculpture)
- Tips & Shape
- Nail Art
- A minimum of 5 years post graduation, professional experience in a nail bar / beauty salon / cosmetology centre or day spa
- Maintain knowledge of salon services & products at all times
- Ability to communicate with proper grammar in English (Arabic bonus)
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to consult with clients on a face to face basis.
- Highly motivated and energetic individual.
- Ability to learn all services required in Salon/Spa
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Retail sales experience
- Ability to give timely and excellent hair care services
- Performs hair style consultation in order to decide what services the client needs
- Maintains safety standards and cleanliness
- Maintains a consistent relationship with client base in order to ensure return clients
- Proactively develop new customers
- Attends and participates in continuing education and training in order to follow new trends and techniques
- Perform hair services as listed on the brochure following proper protocol and achieving guest satisfaction.
- Conduct all treatments according to treatment guidelines while following given policies and procedures for the Spa
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
- Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Salon/Spa
- Ability to perform job functions with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information
- Knowledge of and ability to sell Salon/Spa products
- Ability to keep all Salon areas clean
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communicative and customer service skills
