**IBI Healthcare Institute** is on the hunt for Spanish-bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representatives with solid **SALES** skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls and provide world-class customer service
- Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional **SALES** experience is a MUST
- RN or clinical experience is a plus
- Experience with Athena EMR is a plus
- Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English) required
- **MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT** to the following rotating schedules in EST (8am-5pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am)
