Bookkeeper (Bahrainis Only)

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Bahraini individuals to join our accounting team as Bookkeepers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial management of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Record and post daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all financial records and documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in the financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting department as needed.
- Adhere to internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of bookkeeping processes and systems.
**Requirements**:
- **MUST **Bahraini nationality with a valid MOL Profile.
- A diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the accounting team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with changes in bookkeeping practices and regulations.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Pay: BD500.000 - BD800.000 per month
