**Qualifications & Experience**:

- With Project experience like in Hotels, Construction Sites, Hospitals/Clinics, etc.
- Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Must be presentable and be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Must be able to take measurements and use tools.
- Must achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Visit, establish, develops and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products, showing the fabrics, the sample of blinds & curtains.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups

**Installation Technician Purpose**:
To assist your partner in daily activities Installation

**Technician Job Duties**:

- Assist the salesman to install window coverings this involves climbing, lifting, pushing, kneeling
- Must be physically fit
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Be able to solve problems quickly on site
- Ability to use electronic devices
- Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and organised.
- Responsible for tool and stock inventory
- Responsible for keeping tools and equipment clean and to a high standard
- Exceptional customer service and communications skills required
- Prepare and maintain accurate transportation logs, vehicle fuel consumption logs, and other data as required.
- Schedule, arrange for and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the delivery vehicle as per maintenance guidelines or as otherwise appropriate
- Follow all appropriate health & safety policies and procedures.
- Must have a flexible attitude in order to undertake any other company-related duties required for the smooth running of the business.
- Must have already 1-2 years experience in this type of work.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
