**Amortization & Accruals:

- ** schedule to be prepared & pass the entry

**Schedule Maintained**:

- for EWA, Purchase register

**Reconciliation**:

- Bank, Cash, Output VAT & Supplier ledger

**Physical Stock Count:

- **(if necessary, monthly)

**Fixed Assets register maintain**

**Additional Duties and Responsibility**:
