RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To maintain executive diary for in-house meetings, external meetings & travel schedules of MD.
- To follow proper protocol for the visitors, clients, vendors, directors and the managers.
- To support and assist Directors for secretarial, administrative tasks and all correspondence
- Maintain high level of confidentiality on sensitive matters and of confidential documents
- Organizing and arranging Directors all kind of events
- Meeting and greeting visitors in all levels of seniority
- Organizing Dairies and Making appointments
- Answer phone calls received and direct them appropriately
- Record notes and messages for the employer
- Schedule and arrange meetings
- Act as the first point of contact for the employer
- Manage the employer's calendar and appointment scheduling
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree
- 30 to 40 years old
- Keen to details
- Proven experience working as a personal assistant required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and social skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
- Able to sit, walk, stand for long hours at a time
- Female, Bahraini National
- With Driving License
