Agent - Airside Equipment

**Main Objectives**

Operate authorized GSE in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with the procedures of Bahrain Airport Services, customer airlines and the regulator.

**Main Duties**
- Drive and operate all Aircraft Servicing Equipment as required.
- Perform inspection of the GSE and other vehicles for any defect or damage. Advise Team Leaders prior to operation. Unserviceable units to be taken offline.
- Ensure that all Bahrain Airport Services Emergency orders are adhered to, as required.
- Ensure allocated equipment are clean and have sufficient fuel.
- Ensure stands are clean and free from Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
- Performs a visual inspection on aircraft for damages before engaging any GSE.
- Report immediately to Airside Team Leader in the event of any incident / accident.
- Ensure the equipment is marshalled when reversing to engage with an aircraft or if visibility is deemed unsafe.
- Record all services provided and ensure to inform Airside Team Leader for recharge.
- Perform Head set communication with cockpit as and when required.
- Adhere to at all times, all uniform and grooming standards of Bahrain Airport Services.
- Attend and complete all training courses as required.
- Carry out other duties as appropriate in support of the business activities of Bahrain Airport Services.
- Provide 100% coverage to safeguard the operation.
- Ensure that rosters are produced to suit the operational requirements and cooperate with all reasonable requests for overtime.
- Overtime will be mandated to the most suitable staff member at the time should a shortfall occur.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Education**:
Completion of Secondary School Education.

**Experience**:
A minimum of 1 year experience in airside operations.

**Other Essential Requirements**:

- Knowledge of written and spoken English.
- To hold driving license.
- Attention to Detail and Quality.
- Communication Skills.
- Computer Literacy.
