Reservation/ticketing Agent

A Travel Agency is looking for experienced **Bahraini Female** (Reservation & Ticketing Agent) to assist customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking tickets.

**Duties / Qualities**:
Provide travel information over the telephone to customers.

Make flight reservations and accept payments for ticket purchases.

Answer customer questions, and quote airfares.

Able to work as team member and cooperate with other related departments.

Able to work with mínimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills.

Must write and speak fluent English.

High school degree or higher (Bachelor degree preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite.

Airline Ticketing Agent: 3 years (required)

IATA (required)
