**Duties & Responsibility**
- Prepare and assemble pizzas, salads, fried items, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality, maintaining consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and organization in the pantry and workstations.
- Monitor stock levels of pantry items and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a fast pace without compromising on the quality of food prepared.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff as required.
- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

**Qualification & Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pantry Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Expertise in preparing pizzas, salads, fried items, and desserts.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and handling fresh ingredients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required in the kitchen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: BD400.000 - BD800.000 per month
