As a Frontend Developer - Team Manager, your role encompasses both technical expertise in frontend development and leadership skills to oversee and manage a team of frontend developers. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Frontend Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective and efficient frontend solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in frontend development.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, identifying and implementing solutions.

2. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their growth and productivity.
- Assign tasks, set goals, prioritize work, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Coordinate with other team managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate relevant training sessions or resources.

3. Project Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between the frontend development team and other stakeholders, such as project managers, designers, and backend developers.
- Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications, requirements, and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in frontend web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and responsive design to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of frontend developers, including task delegation, performance management, and mentoring.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of backend technologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
