- Experience of **forecasting and planning,** as well as **building schedules**.
- Someone that has grown in the role, and can work force planning tools as well conduct their work manually through Excel.
- Experience of working **across multiple workstreams** and has a track record of monitoring and **optimising rosters** as well as enabling operational and real time teams to track intra day performance.
- Telecom Industry and Contact Center experience is a MUST.
